Each rooftop steps from Phase 1 to Phase 2 as its scheduler connects — connecting first through Cox Automotive's official Xtime API, then extending to Dealertrack, CDK Service, and Reynolds as each store's scheduler certifies. You only pay the Phase 2 rate once full booking is live for that store.
